Track Your Order

Check the current status of an order you have placed with us.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

When tracking becomes available

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. A carrier tracking number is emailed to you once the shipment is created, and it can take a day or so before the carrier shows its first scan. Full delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy.

If you cannot find your order

Email support@woodypetsupplies.com with your order number and we will look it up for you.
