The agreement
The terms that govern this site and any order placed on it.

These terms govern your use of woodypetsupplies.com and any order you place through it.
By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By ordering you confirm you are legally able to enter into this agreement and that the payment method used is yours or that you are authorized to use it.
Prices are shown in U.S. Dollars and may change without notice. Product availability can change at any time. We try to keep product descriptions, images and specifications accurate, but small variations between an image and the item supplied can occur.
If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of a system or human error, we are not obliged to supply it at that price. Where an order is affected, we contact you to confirm or cancel it and release the payment in full.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the shipment of your order, not when the order is placed or when payment is authorized. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, including where an item is unavailable, a pricing error occurred, or payment cannot be verified.
The content on this site, including text, product images, graphics, page design and the Woody Pet Supplies name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, republish, sell or use it commercially without our written permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to use the site to commit fraud, submit false or stolen payment details, attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems, scrape or copy content at scale, interfere with the site’s operation, or use it in breach of any applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Pet products carry ordinary risks in use. Supervise your animal with any toy, chew or grooming tool, and stop use if a product becomes worn or damaged.
We may suspend or end your access to the site, and decline future orders, where these terms are breached, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where continued access would expose us or other customers to risk.
We may update these terms. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date, and it applies to orders placed after it is published. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law rules.
# U.S. Terms
Products and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This does not affect your statutory rights, or your rights under our Return & Refund Policy where an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
You agree to hold Woody Pet Supplies harmless from claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.
If a dispute arises, contact us first at support@woodypetsupplies.com. Most issues are resolved directly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally is subject to the courts of the State of South Carolina.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.
