Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Woody Pet Supplies. We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work in a clear and consistent way.

1) Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

2) Item Condition

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • All original tags and original packaging must be included.
  • Please include your order number in the package.

3) Non-returnable Items

  • Personalized / custom items
  • Final-sale items (if marked)
  • Hygiene-sensitive items once opened (e.g., if a seal is broken)
  • Items damaged due to improper use or not in original condition

4) How to Start a Return

Email our team at support@woodypetsupplies.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. We’ll reply with the return authorization and instructions. Ship the item back and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is completed.

6) Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you received a defective/incorrect item, contact us before returning and we will provide a prepaid solution.

7) Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear.

8) Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us first. We’ll help you place a new order and guide you through returning the original item.

9) Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or not as described, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right quickly.

10) Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank account/statement again
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take some time for the refund to post)
  • Contact your bank for processing timelines
  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please email support@woodypetsupplies.com
